Who we are
Cap Célestine is an independent project. For any questions about this privacy notice or your personal data, you can reach us at info@capcelestine.com.
What data we collect If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you choose to share (e.g. your name, email address, and the content of your message). We do not currently use a contact form, so no data is automatically stored in a website database — your message simply arrives in our own email inbox, like any regular email.
Why we use it We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, and — if relevant — to discuss a potential collaboration (e.g. a Pack).
How long we keep it We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry or maintain an ongoing conversation, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Do we share your data? No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
Your rights Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to how we use it
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have been violated

Essential cookies Our website is built on WordPress with the Elementor page builder, which may use strictly necessary cookies for basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your cookie preference). These cannot be switched off, as the site would not work properly without them.
No tracking or advertising cookies (currently) At this time, Cap Célestine does not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. If this changes in the future (for example, if we add Instagram embeds or website analytics), we will update this statement accordingly and, where required, ask for your consent first.
